All National APS Approved exhibitions must have at least one judge per section who holds FAPS or above and is an APS member. Exceptions to this rule may be made at the discretion of the Chairperson of Exhibition Services.
APS Patronage application procedure
- Fill in the online form at APS Patronage / Application for Exhibition Approval
- Attach a copy of your entry terms and conditions
- Once you have been advised of your successful application by the APS Secretary, and you have received your APS Approval Number, you may then proceed to the medal-order-form order any medals and ribbons you may require.
