Honours & Distinctions
For Photographic achievement through the exhibition & panel systems.

 

 Certificate Certificate of Service - For contributions to photography at any level but usually to persons whose contribution falls short of that required for SSAPS.
Certificate Service to APS (SAPS) - This Honour is to award recognition to those who have given outstanding service to APS for a period of not less than five years.
SSAPS  State Service to Photography (SSAPS) - This is awarded to those who have given outstanding service to photography within their own State (or Territory) for a period of not less than five years. It will also recognise APS members who have worked nationally, but not to the higher national requirements generally stipulated for ESAPS.
 ESAPS Exceptional Service to Photography (ESAPS) - The requirement for this Honour is exceptional service to photography in or through APS at least at a National level for a period of not less than eight years.
 HONFAPS Honorary Fellow (Hon FAPS) - The requirement for this Honour (with the exception of Past Presidents) is for exemplary service to APS for a period of not less than fifteen years together with achievement in photographic skill. It is reserved for those who have dedicated many years to APS and is the Society’s highest Service Honour.
