Notice of AGM 2025
The APS 63rd AGM will be held on Wednesday 15th October 2025, 7.00pm (AEDT) via Zoom. Any member wishing to attend the AGM must register.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
Only APS members may attend the AGM.
REGISTER in advance if you wish to attend the AGM via zoom.
VOTING BY PROXY - NOW ONLINE (please use the menu items on the left)
It is preferred that members vote by proxy using our online form. You can either choose Option A or Option B available from the menu on the right.
- Option A is when you nominate a member to vote on your behalf as THEY wish.
- Option B is to nominate The Secretary to submit your vote as YOU wish.
