Resolution 4005:

"That a Strategic Review sub committee be formed to replace the Succession Planning Sub Committee and consist of the members of the Management Committee to investigate the Society's ongoing Strategic and Succession Planning and to make recommendations to a meeting of Management Committee which do not include changes to the constitution" (Moved by Alwyn Kucks).
