Do not change the title of an image. Titles must remain the same for an image throughout its exhibition history. It is important that titles stay the same regardless of section or medium entered. To be given a different title, an image must be significantly different from your other images. YOU MUST RETAIN YOUR CATALOGUES FROM THE EXHIBITIONS. The catalogues, not the report cards, are the means by which results are verified/proven. As soon as your catalogue arrives, check that your report card results match those results in the catalogue. Contact the exhibition immediately if there is a discrepancy and request an official letter confirming correct results (Retain this letter to show your results verifying officer). All results must be signed off on your completed APS record forms by an APS verifying officer. There is no time limit. Points may be accumulated over many years. Points gained prior to APS membership may also be counted. Honours are conferred at the Annual APS Official Dinner. Honours do not take effect, and may not be used, prior to being conferred. Once conferred, APS Skill honours may be quoted on competition entry forms and used on business cards and letterheads etc. When applying for APS and FlAP Skill and Service Honours, it is important to use current forms which are available from the Honours Sub-Committee Chairman, as above. Note carefully the address to which you send your application or nomination after you receive the relevant documentation. Exhibition System - for Prints, Projected Images and EDI.
