The closing date for APS Skill and Service Honours applications is 31 March 2009. The closing date for FIAP Distinctions is 28 February 2009.

As various regulations have been changed within the last year or two, it is important to use current forms. Forms and information are available from:

The relevant forms and documents are available by emailing the Honours Subcommittee Chairman.

Please stipulate which information and forms you require, ie. Exhibition or Panel System for Skill Honours. Please include a large (165 x 230 mm or larger) self addressed and stamped envelope with your application. Postage is $1.10.

Please note carefully the correct address to which you send your application or nomination after you receive the relevant documentation.

 

EXHIBITION SYSTEM - FOR PRINTS, SLIDES/PROJECTED IMAGES AND DIGITAL IMAGES

This is where the application for the Honours is LAPS, AAPS or FAPS and has accumulated points over a number of years through various exhibitions. YLAPS is Youth aged 18 years and under. Send catalogues and a list of verified listing of acceptances to:
