When applying for APS and FlAP Skill and Service Honours, it is important to use current forms which are available from the Honours Sub-Committee Chairman, as above. Note carefully the address to which you send your application or nomination after you receive the relevant documentation.
Exhibition System - for Prints and Slides. This system is for the applicant applying for the Honours LAPS, AAPS, FAPS and YLAPS. To achieve these honours, points have been accumulated over a number of years through various exhibitions.

Applications for all APS Skill and Service Honours close on the 31st March. FIAP Skill and FIAP Service Honours close on the 28th February.
